Who we are

Orbit Dashboard is an AI and automation agency based in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, operating globally. This policy explains what data we collect when you use orbitdashboard.co (the "Site") and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email addresses you give us when you submit a newsletter signup, dispatch subscribe form, or contact form. We collect your email and the date/time you submitted it. Nothing else.
• Local browser storage for some interactive widgets (poll results, decision-tree state, tool inputs you've typed). This stays in your browser. We never see it.
• Standard server logs if our hosting provider keeps them: IP address, user agent, referrer, page visited, timestamp. Used to debug and protect against abuse, never sold.
• Calendly data if you book a call with our sales team. Calendly collects your name, email, and timezone per their own privacy policy.
• Web analytics via Google Analytics 4: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or country level). GA4 sets first-party cookies and does not log or store individual IP addresses. Details and opt-out in our Cookie Notice.

What we do not collect

• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• We do not buy or sell mailing lists or contact data.

How we use what we collect

To do the thing you asked us to do: send you a dispatch when one ships, reply to your contact form, schedule the consultation you booked. That is it. We do not send unrelated marketing.

Who we share with

We share data only with the providers we use to deliver the Site (e.g., our email provider, our hosting provider, Calendly, Google Analytics). Each is contractually obligated to handle data per their own published terms. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to ask us not to process it. Email support@orbitdashboard.co and we will action it within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep newsletter and dispatch emails until you unsubscribe (one-click in any email). Contact form submissions are kept for 24 months. Server logs are kept for 90 days unless they relate to a security incident under investigation.

Security

We use TLS for all traffic, store credentials in encrypted secret stores, and apply least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure; if a breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirming it.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top and announce the change on the homepage for 30 days.
